Together we’ll work with foundational techniques, wall support, and partner assistance to help you develop the strength and awareness needed for poses like headstand, forearm stand, and handstand progressions.
This is not about forcing your body into a pose.
It’s about exploring possibilities, building trust, and having a little fun along the way.
Whether you’re completely new to inversions or looking to refine your practice, Alyra will guide you through thoughtful progressions that meet you where you are.
