Step away from the bustle of daily life and into a sanctuary of profound relaxation. Join Gabby Cosgrove for a soul-nourishing evening of restorative practices designed to release tension, restore balance, and invite deep healing.
This nurturing 90-minute workshop weaves together three powerful modalities: restorative yoga, yoga nidra, and reiki. Begin with gentle restorative yoga poses supported by props, allowing your body to completely surrender while receiving the healing touch of reiki. Transition into yoga nidra, a guided meditation practice that promotes profound rest and rejuvenation. Throughout the evening, you'll be supported by the subtle healing energies of reiki, enhancing your body's natural ability to restore and heal.
Complete your journey of restoration with a soothing cup of herbal tea, grounding the experience and nurturing your body from the inside out.
