Join Calvin Livingston and Pilar Hillis for a guided 90-minute experience that blends conscious breathwork, intentional movement, sound, and deep restoration into one transformative practice.
The evening begins with an energizing breathwork journey designed to awaken vitality, sharpen awareness, and bring you fully into the present moment. From there, you'll move through a thoughtfully guided yoga practice that builds strength, releases tension, and reconnects you with your body.
As your nervous system begins to settle, you'll be guided into restorative, down-regulating breathwork, allowing everything you've cultivated to integrate through stillness, presence, and deep relaxation.
Whether you're looking to reduce stress, gain clarity, reconnect with yourself, or simply experience something new, this workshop offers an opportunity to leave feeling lighter, calmer, and deeply grounded.

Community Flow
July 1, 8, 15, 22 & 29
Community Flow is an accessible, all-levels yoga class taught by emerging instructors who have completed their Yoga Alliance certification and are continuing to grow their teaching experience. Each class offers a unique opportunity to support new teachers while enjoying a thoughtful, well-rounded yoga practice.
This special summer series is offered on a sliding scale of $8–$20, making yoga accessible to more members of our community. All proceeds from Community Flow classes will be donated to The Asher House Dog & Farm Animal Sanctuary, helping provide care, shelter, and support for rescued animals.
Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, Community Flow invites you to move, breathe, connect, and contribute to a meaningful cause. Join us in supporting both the next generation of yoga teachers and the animals who call Asher House home.
