BODYWORK:
Ashiatsu
with Kelsey Otteni

Kelsey Otteni LMT

Kelsey completed her training at Ashland Institute of Massage in 2017. She specializes in Ashiatsu massage which is an incredibly effective modality and her personal favorite to receive. Ashiatsu originates in Japan and provides a broad, deep pressure, creating a profoundly relaxing experience. It improves circulation, stimulates the lymphatic system, and helps reduce tension and pain.

Kelsey integrates a blend of modalities that may include Ashiatsu, Swedish, Thai, cupping, and hot stone massage.

Kelsey is a nature and music enthusiast! She enjoys live music, hiking, swimming & stand-up paddleboarding with her husband and dog. Her personal experience with dance injuries led her to a deep appreciation of the benefits of body work and yoga. She creates a nurturing environment for healing and renewal and feels honored to support clients on their journey toward feeling better in their bodies so they can do more of what they love.

Why Combine Yoga with Bodywork?

Yoga and bodywork together create a powerful synergy for wellness. Yoga prepares the body for deeper therapeutic work by improving flexibility and circulation, while bodywork complements yoga by addressing areas of tension and restoring muscular balance. Whether you're deepening your practice or recovering from stress or injury, this integration can help you feel your best.
