  • This introductory hot yoga series features a structured sequence of 26 Hatha yoga poses and two calming breathing exercises. Designed to be accessible, rejuvenating, and healing, the movements and postures you experience in class aim to enhance strengthen and tone the body while facilitating detoxification through the use of heat. The repetitive structure of this class enables individuals of varying skill levels and ages to monitor their advancement and make steady progress through regular practice.

  • All 26 postures + 2 breathing exercises (full 2-set sequences) in 75 minutes!

    RECOMMENDED FOR THOSE WHO have practiced Hot 26+2 series enough times to feel familiar with the sequence.

    SILENT class will be minimally led by a certified instructor who will indicate the posture by name and a queue to Begin followed by a queue to Change to the next posture or release from the current one.

Practiced in a room heated to 95°, this class is designed to warm up your muscles, allowing you to move deeper into each pose while maintaining fluidity in your practice. Whether you’re building strength or seeking balance, this dynamic, breath-synchronized flow will invigorate your body and calm your mind. Ideal for all levels, it offers a challenging yet accessible practice that leaves you feeling refreshed, grounded, and energized.

  • Heated Therapeutic Yoga combines relaxation, breath work, yin and restorative poses, and fascial release with massage balls.

    It is practiced on the floor seated, kneeling, or reclined and uses provided props to assist in comfort and enhancing the benefits.

    Kristin uses her bodywork skill set to provide modifications and hands on assistance for you to feel guided and supported in the experience.

    This class is perfect for down-regulating the nervous system, calming and centering the mind, reducing joint and muscle tension, increasing range of motion, and relieving aches and pains. We address the full body with an emphasis on requested areas.

    There is no previous yoga experience necessary, all are welcome.

    Expect a fast-paced, invigorating flow designed to push your limits and leave you feeling empowered and accomplished.

    Perfect for those who love an intense, sweat-drenched practice that strengthens both body and mind!

  • Relax and deepen into your presence with this 60 minute yin-inspired class that includes guided meditation and breathwork. Stretch out your body with slow movements and long holds as you let go of your mind and release oxytocin. This class is beginner friendly and includes optional healing touch and occasional toning.

    Yin Yoga emphasizes long-held, passive postures and deep breathing, which activates the parasympathetic nervous system. This system is responsible for the "rest and digest" response, counteracting the "fight or flight" response of the sympathetic nervous system. A relaxed state promotes oxytocin release.
