Hot 26&2

This introductory hot yoga series features a structured sequence of 26 hatha poses and two calming breathing exercises. Designed to be accessible, rejuvenating, and healing, the movements and postures you experience in class aim to enhance strengthen and tone the body while facilitating detoxification through the use of heat. The repetitive structure of this class enables individuals of varying skill levels and ages to monitor their advancement and make steady progress through regular practice.

Hot 26&2 EXPRESS

This is an abbreviated version of the Original Hot 26&2 sequence. It is a beginning level hot yoga series featuring a structured sequence of 26 Hatha yoga poses and two therapeutic breathing exercises. This class is great if you are limited on time in your busy schedule. (Dialogue varies from instructor to instructor, however we strive to maintain studio-wide consistency.)

Vinyasa Blaze EXPRESS

A dynamic, themed class that will get your blood pumping through seven connected phases that bring mindfulness to breath and movement.

Inspiring rhythms will send you into deep exploration of self-awareness through pranayama and challenging ladder flows, encouraging you to meet your body where it is in each moment.

This heated 60 minute detox concludes with yin, relaxation, and a sense of deep gratitude.

Heated Vinyasa Flow

In this invigorating 60 TO 75-minute vinyasa class (see schedule), we blend elements of upper body strength, flexibility, and cardio to create a dynamic practice suitable for students of all levels. The postures flow seamlessly from one to the next, fostering the development of core strength, upper body power, and enhanced flexibility in the shoulders, legs, and spine. Additionally, you can expect to sharpen your concentration during this practice, all set to a backdrop of energizing music. The room temperature is maintained at approximately 95 degrees, adding an extra element of intensity to the experience.

Heated Yin Yoga

Join us for our 75-minute Yin Yoga class, a gentle exploration of yoga postures. The session begins with a serene 60 minutes of Yin Yoga, followed by a soothing 10-15 minute Nidra meditation to help you unwind completely. Throughout the Yin practice, you'll be accompanied by gentle background music, and props may be employed to assist your body in opening, releasing, and rejuvenating on a profound level. The Nidra meditation is designed to build upon your existing state of relaxation, guiding you into a space that lies between wakefulness and slumber. The room is kept at a comfortably warm temperature of around 90 degrees, enhancing the overall experience.

Heated Gentle Yoga

JHeated to about 90°, in this gentle yoga class, we use the practice of Hatha yoga to maintain, reestablish or create wellbeing in our body and mind. We incorporate techniques to release tension, preserve flexibility, increase strength and balance, and to create focus and calm inner state. This class provides a safe and supportive atmosphere no matter what your level of yoga experience.
