This introductory hot yoga series features a structured sequence of 26 Hatha yoga poses and two calming breathing exercises. Designed to be accessible, rejuvenating, and healing, the movements and postures you experience in class aim to enhance strengthen and tone the body while facilitating detoxification through the use of heat. The repetitive structure of this class enables individuals of varying skill levels and ages to monitor their advancement and make steady progress through regular practice.

This is an abbreviated version of the Original Hot 26+2 sequence. It is a beginning level hot yoga series featuring a structured sequence of 26 Hatha yoga poses and two therapeutic breathing exercises. This class is great if you are limited on time in your busy schedule. (Dialogue varies from instructor to instructor, however we strive to maintain studio-wide consistency.)

Practiced in a room heated to 95°, this class is designed to warm up your muscles, allowing you to move deeper into each pose while maintaining fluidity in your practice. Whether you’re building strength or seeking balance, this dynamic, breath-synchronized flow will invigorate your body and calm your mind. Ideal for all levels, it offers a challenging yet accessible practice that leaves you feeling refreshed, grounded, and energized.

Heated Soul Flow invites you to connect your body, heart, and Soul on the mat through an intention-rooted and Astrologically guided practice.
Guided by certified yoga teacher & astrologer Sandy Beach, this soulful vinyasa flow offers space for us to mindfully move energy through our bodies. Paired with Astrological insights, this practice is designed to support us in aligning with the cosmos to help us navigate our Soul experience… both on and off the mat.
Classes are led based on the current Astrological themes, and may be enhanced by guided breathwork, visualization, oracle cards, sound healing, or meditation. We will integrate our practice on a deeper level by setting intentions aligned with the cosmos, creating space for the embodiment of our healthiest and highest Self.
This class is the perfect balance of heart-led physical movement, deep inward connection, and star-guided cosmic support to feel holistically aligned in your Soul.
Vinyasa experience is helpful but not required. All levels welcome.

Heated Therapeutic Yoga combines relaxation, breath work, yin and restorative poses, and fascial release with massage balls.
It is practiced on the floor seated, kneeling, or reclined and uses provided props to assist in comfort and enhancing the benefits.
Kristin uses her bodywork skill set to provide modifications and hands on assistance for you to feel guided and supported in the experience.
This class is perfect for down-regulating the nervous system, calming and centering the mind, reducing joint and muscle tension, increasing range of motion, and relieving aches and pains. We address the full body with an emphasis on requested areas.
There is no previous yoga experience necessary, all are welcome.

Our Yin and Restore Yoga class blends the meditative qualities of Yin Yoga with the healing benefits of Restorative Yoga, creating a nice balance of supported stretching and deep relaxation.
Engage in long-held yoga shapes that target deep connective tissues and stimulate fascia, promoting flexibility and energy flow, while fostering a meditative state of mind. Props will be offered to support the body and allow for safe, gentle release.
This class is suitable for all levels, including beginners, and is a perfect way to unwind and tap into a deeper sense of presence.
The room will be heated to 95° F.
